Return and Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with At Long Last! We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in as-sold condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).

The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process.
Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
2. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with the following information:

Reason for Return
We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item. If the issue is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either refund or replace the item at no cost to you.
3. Exchanges for Sizing or Colour
If you need a different size or colour, we will gladly process an exchange, provided:

The unwanted item is returned in the same condition it was sent (unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging).

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.
4. Refunds
Return shipping costs on refunds are at the expense of the customer and will be deducted from refund total.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange your order must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags are attached, and all original packaging is in tact and undamaged.
- Free from any marks, stains, makeup, pet hair or odours. Please take care when trying on your items as any of these signs of wear will result in your return being denied.
- Items are full priced and not sale items. Orders placed using promotional discounts or sign up discounts are eligible for returns.
If your returned items show any of these issues, your items will be shipped back to you at the expense of the customer.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Customs Charges
- Customers are responsible for all customs charges, import duties, and taxes. These are separate from shipping costs and should be understood before purchasing. If customs charges are unpaid, the parcel will be returned, and costs will be deducted from your refund.
US Tariffs
Please note: Import tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose not to pay the required tariff upon your item’s arrival at the U.S. border, the product will be denied entry, and no returns, refunds, or credits will be issued under these circumstances. We urge all customers to read these terms in full before completing a purchase.

Tariff Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, including the 145% import tariff, which must be paid directly at the time of import processing.

Tariff Calculation: The 145% tariff will be assessed based on the total value of the good(s), which includes item price, shipping, and any additional handling charges.

Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to reflect variations in international trade costs, including tariffs and customs-related fees.

No Returns on Refusals: If a customer refuses to pay the tariff at the border, the goods will not be delivered and no return, refund, or replacement will be offered. All sales are considered final under these conditions.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be registered, prior to this your search may not generate any tracking information.
Please ensure someone is available to accept your parcel when it is delivered. We do not recommend parcels being left on a front porch or in a letter box which has public access.
Lost Parcel
We honour dispatch dates as stipulated. The responsibility shifts to you once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From this moment, your parcel is then in the hands of the third-party couriers. To resolve any issues with an order, we strongly recommend contacting the courier directly, as it will be the most efficient way to track your item.
Please use your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your delivery. At Long Last takes no responsibility for items stolen from your delivery address.
Checkout
To avoid any disappointment or delays, please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipment details as once the parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot alter these details.
